Any reprinting or re-engraving of these records for the purpose of sale without the consideration of mine and company “Gramophone and Typewriter” is strictly forbidden. All the convicted persons and establishments will be taken under criminal proceedings according to the law of counterfeit, entailing pecuniary consequences according to article 420 (comment 2) of Legal Code, volume 10, part 1. F. I. Chaliapin.”
