It’s "There’s a Girl in Havanna" (music by E. Ray Goetz & A. Baldwin Sloane, from the show "The Never Homes"), "Anna und Johanna" being its German title. I don’t know from which company the record was pirated (perhaps Gramo 14995 L), as the Orchester des "Palais de Danse" recorded for several labels in Berlin. After the 1911 New York premiere "There’s a Girl in Havanna" became popular in Europe the next year, so I suppose a recording date of 1912.
