А почему же не к нам?
Контролёр делал штамп только на тех дисках, которые внимательно осмотрел и прослушал. В практике советских заводов было прослушивать каждый сотый экземпляр пластинки.
Вот и получается, что только каждая сотая пластинка имеет штамп, а другие - без штампа.
А контроль магазинов (ГУМ, ДЛТ и т.п.) ставил штампы на каждом диске.

Я хотя и живу в Ногинске, но контролеров НЗ не встречал. Может еще есть здравствующие, но им будет за 90.

Это не в магазинах слушали, а на заводах грампластинок.
Посмотрите как это делают в фильме "Девушка с характером" (съемки происходили как раз на НЗ)

Нет, в магазинах диски вообще не проигрывали. Просто осматривали по внешнему признаку. На наличие трещин.
Трещин нет - ставят свой штамп. Если есть - списывают как бой и отправляют обратно на завод.
