Artiphon recording, Berlin, 1928. First edition reads "ukrainisches Volkslieder-Potpourri" (= Ukrainian Medley of Folk Songs), which it is indeed.

Thank you for the info! I was able to recognize only two melodies, but they are Russian ones, so the title "ukrainisches Volkslieder-Potpourri" is at least imprecise...

#1 and #3 are Russians, #5 is Ukrainian and I am not sure about #2 - since I never heard it, it's probably Ukrainian.
