Kelly has no information for this recording. The label with 'Gramophone and Typewriter' was not used after 1907 in the UK and Germany. It might have been different in Russia but as the company name changed (to 'Gramophone Company (and Sister Companies)') I expect this happened everywhere and that this was made in 1907.

The information does exist in Alan Kelly catalog. Following is extract:

I must have missed it. So it's unclear whether Kelly is right, and the company used the 'and Typewriter' after 1907, or whether he is a year too late.

There are Russian labels of the later type, e.g. http://www.russian-records.com/details.php?image_id=16030.
In the UK, because they were quickly replaced by the HMV dog trademark, these labels are usually known as 'Pre-Dogs'.
