Сдается мне, что на этикетке с кавычками напутано. А должны быть "Гавот" Цибульки и "Мазурка" Венявского.

Yes, Alphons Czibulka https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alphons_Czibulka. He wrote a famous gavotte called ’Stephanie-Gavotte’.
