Pyotr Grigorievich Evlampiev (Peter Grigorievich Ewlampieff) was born June 29 (from other sources 20) 1896 in the town of Kremenets (Krzemieniec), Ternopil Oblast (province) of western Ukraine. He ended up in Chile sometime in the 1930's.
